“It is our belief— to be in the practice of Yoga, is to be in the practice of Self. A wholehearted commitment made towards establishing a profound relationship with connection. A way to share and hold space with others— and ultimately with yourself. This notion is the foundation of our training. One rooted in friendship, integrity, and in reverence of Yoga theory. ”

”My YTT with Ignite changed my life - not only to become a teacher, but to evolve as a student more than I imagined… Even in times I am not teaching or not even moving my body with yoga poses, I feel enlightened and connected to the community and true meaning of yoga. If you want to be a yoga teacher, HIGHLY recommend.
If you never want to teach, HIGHLY recommend. Thank you, Ignite!”
~M.E.
“The teachers at IGNITE were passionate about all aspects of yoga, not just the asanas (poses). They provided us with the tools to create our unique vinyasa classes, while honoring the reverence and integrity of yoga.
I experienced a profound and deep connection to the practice of yoga which was only rivaled by the connection developed between the students.”
