Our private Oceanside sanctuary is a beautiful, spacious coastal home in a calm, welcoming neighborhood—steps from the beach, with open common spaces for study and connection, outdoor areas for practice and ceremony, and a soothing jacuzzi for integration. The surrounding nature, ocean breeze, and salt air support nervous system regulation, presence, and ease—an ideal container for immersive learning, ritual, and rest.

• Remaining Balance:$3,667 split into 5 payments of $733.40

• All payments due by April 1, 2026 (unless otherwise arranged)
