This experience is intentionally designed to be flexible and accessible for different schedules, needs, and levels of immersion. Guests may join us for the full retreat stay, attend Saturday or Sunday individually through our day pass options, or participate in our standalone ceremonial experiences including the Sweat Lodge Ceremony or Sunday Evening Breathwork Journey.

While each offering is powerful on its own, our deepest recommendation is to fully immerse yourself in the entire weekend experience. The retreat was thoughtfully curated as a complete journey — allowing space for deeper connection, nervous system regulation, transformation, rest, community, and integration through each intentional layer of the weekend ☀️
