Join Stephanie Bard through her signature format IGNITE the class - a hybrid embodiment practice fused with ecstatic Vinyasa, dance HIIT fusion, somatic release, energizing breath work, chakra activation, mindful meditation, and deep soul connections.

1st of the month — Dynamic Vinyasa Flow
2nd of the month — Power Hatha Yoga
3rd of the month — Zenyasa Flow
4th of the month — IGNITE prana
Each class is different as to invite an ever evolving yoga practice for all levels of practitioners — no experience is needed.
